I've hauled more with my bike. πŸ˜‚ What a fucking waste of space.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 5 hours ago (1 children)

Holy shit! That's a glorified "El Camino"!!

[–] [email protected] 1 points 5 hours ago

You take that back!

El Caminos weren't associated with Nazis!

i have a 2 seater microcar (very slightly smiller than a smart fortwo). I could probaoly find a way to fit all that in (if i don't have a passenger, of course)

[–] [email protected] 4 points 6 hours ago

My mini cooper and my Prius C can do this very same thing! Lol.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 7 hours ago

I've hauled more shit in my 1995 Ford escort wagon than this suburban cowboy, SDE dumbass.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 8 hours ago

I think a radio flyer can carry more than that.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 9 hours ago (1 children)

I have a 17 year old one-ton that I just hauled 1500L of liquid fertilizer in yesterday. That poor little fucking tonka toy would have shit its diaper.

Musk brought lithium to a diesel fight...

[–] [email protected] 7 points 12 hours ago

I wonder how much that cover will cost to repair when it inevitably breaks.

All I can think of is how it won't even survive one northern winter with snow and ice.

Ok so this is funny and all, but seriously the bed on one of those dumpster fires isn't that much smaller than the bed on a normal American truck

[–] [email protected] 9 points 10 hours ago (1 children)

Oh wholeheartedly agree, I live in Alberta and the number of pavement princesses that have effectively vestigial beds here is absolutely ridiculous. I have even seen quite a few of these very normal limousines here:

It looks even more ridiculous in person, nowhere close to the one Swastidumpster I have had the misfortune of seeing, but still ridiculous.

Also:

The Kei truck has the longer bed.

[–] [email protected] 1 points 5 hours ago

And is an actual, useful truck.

[–] [email protected] 25 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago)

Real talk. One of those POS trucks came through Lowe's to pick up (heh) mulch. We got 12 bags in the back and he had to drive home with the top down and make a third trip for all his goods. That's 3 stacks of 4 bags. I can cram that in my 2002 Spyder convertible.

For comparison, we routinely jam 20-25 in most SUVs, 30 is nothing in a typical pickup, 40-50 will fit if stacked nicely. Hauled home 22 bags today in my 2004 F-150 with two pallets underneath.

I refused to come near the asshole for fear my mouth would overload me. "Try not to die wrecking into a bicycle you fucking fascist!"

[–] [email protected] 18 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Look at how truck this truck is.

*Proceeds to show it doing stuff any midsize sedan can do

[–] [email protected] 10 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (3 children)

*subcompact hatchback. Or possibly even 2-seat sports car, or cargo bicycle.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 7 hours ago

I fit a 6x3 raised bed worth of soil and fertilizer in the trunk of my civic.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 10 hours ago

or cargo bicycle

I have hauled way more in my cargo bike.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 22 hours ago

Yeah I can definitely fit all that twice over in my little Peugeot 208, probably more. And it's electric too! And cost maybe 1/10th the price!

[–] [email protected] 47 points 1 day ago (2 children)

It is not a flex to carry less than I can on my cargo bike.

[–] [email protected] 19 points 1 day ago

Yeah I can easily load that much stuff in my subcompact with the back seat down too

[–] [email protected] 9 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Having a cargo bike and using it for cargo however is an outrageous flex and I feel uh what's the kids slang now MOGGED

There's no way this isn't a parody, right?

[–] [email protected] 32 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago)

This video is such a perfect example of Poe's Law.

Except it can't be a parody, because he actually owns a Cybertruck, which means this video is too expensive to make as a joke. And you know that he owns one because he had his Instagram username painted on the back. Which, again, feels like it should be satire. Except it can't be, because you have to actually have bought a Cybertruck to do it. My God they are ridiculous.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 1 day ago

Look up the @ handle in the watermark. This guy is a huge cybertruk booster…

[–] [email protected] 10 points 1 day ago

That's barely a fucking Miata load, let alone a load worthy of the hatchbacks other folks in the thread are talking about.

Lesbians get shit done.l

[–] [email protected] 22 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago)

I’ve moved more in a smart car, with a passenger.

Insert video of Vietnamese heavy haul Vespa here

[–] [email protected] 7 points 1 day ago

Lmao I can fit that much stuff in my Forte.

[–] [email protected] 15 points 1 day ago

I can fit all of that in the back of my 2006 Suzuki, which I paid $5000 for. I wouldn't even need to put the back seat down.

[–] [email protected] 12 points 1 day ago

Nestle PureLife water

say no more

[–] [email protected] 11 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (2 children)

Things I've fit in my Kia Soul:

  • Queen sized bed
  • Multiple bookshelves
  • 9 20lbs tanks and 3 30lbs tanks (empty)
  • 2 desks

Things I've fit in my Nissan Versa Note:

  • All the lumber for my loft bed and full length desk
  • 2 desks

And with a trailer:

  • Everything in my 1-bed apartment

The load he's hauling would fit in my trunk without having to fold down the seats.

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 day ago

omgg I have a Kia soul too! we're soul sisters!! <3

[–] [email protected] 5 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Queen???? I’m assuming no passengers + vacuum packed?

[–] [email protected] 5 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Just the frame, no mattress. I was alone at the time, but def could have had someone in the front passenger seat.

[–] [email protected] 2 points 23 hours ago

Now I’m curious, as I have done this before. The Kia looks kind of small, I’m guessing your long rails come in two pieces? I think when I had to do this with a bigger car it went from corner of trunk to right by the driver or passenger.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago)

The fact the title isn't "look at how mulch it can haul." is an absolute travesty.

I actually think the dude is serious though.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Uhhh that's minivan work not truck stuff

[–] [email protected] 10 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (1 children)

That's midsized sedan work. I can fit that in the trunk of my Camry without even putting down the back seats.

[–] [email protected] 5 points 1 day ago

You could chuck most of it on the passenger seat.

[–] [email protected] 8 points 1 day ago (1 children)

I could fit all that in my Toyota Yaris.

[–] [email protected] 4 points 1 day ago

You could fit it all in a shopping cart, and you'd look less stupid driving it than the techdumpster

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 day ago

$100k... smh

[–] [email protected] 7 points 1 day ago

From now on, every time I'm carrying more than two bags of potting soil, I'm calling it "truck stuff."

[–] [email protected] 3 points 1 day ago

I've put a face cord of wood in my Prius.
