In a global economy there's no need to be fully self sufficient; unless, for some reason, no one wants to work with you.

If the true goal is to just bring manufacturing back to the US then a stable economy and negotiated deals with entities that are actually manufacturing things are going to go so much further than just telling the rest of the world to find new clientele among the remaining 96% of the global population because the 4% that lives in the US can no longer afford it due to artificially imposed limits.

A key point to make here

So it wasn't that the people criticizing the photo were saying that the MS13 itself was written on his hand

Trump himself refused to acknowledge that it was shopped, insisting that was literally written on his hand. His sycophants may being trying to run defence, but the President of the United States refused to acknowledge objective, provable reality.

Video interview of Trump denying reality.

And here's the guy's actual hand:

This is the photo in question. You can clearly see it has been annotated with the text MS13.

The problem, however, is twofold:

  1. Trump has said on multiple occasions now that it depicts the literal text "MS13" tattooed on the individual, despite it clearly being superimposed for the sole purposes of annotation. This is an example of POTUS not being able to either admit when he's wrong or ascertain the difference between reality and his desires.
  2. The symbols annotated don't have any correlation with MS13. If the administration is seriously considering smiles and crosses as evidence for gang activity then a whole fucktonne of Christians are about to be deported.

So what does an actual MS13 tattoo look like?

Prominent and obvious, not this small, subtle, common, symbolic tattoos.

None of that compares to the fact that Trump has denied this person's Constitutionally granted rights and installed himself as judge, jury, and executioner.

Pretty sure it's referencing John Barnett who allegedly shot himself in his truck while he was engaged in active litigation against Boeing. It ain't about the doors, it's about their whistleblowers no longer being around to testify.

Therefore the legislature should roll over, abdicate their responsibility, and succumb to tyranny!

Canadian election is today. Who they choose is who's gonna have to handle or succumb to Trump.

Dude's there for his trial, ICE shows up to obstruct justice (as they have done before), Judge doesn't let ICE obstruct justice, Judge is arrested for obstruction.

Say it was a lab leak, and that Fauci was responsible--who employed him? Who was funding the alleged "gain of function" research? Who was in charge at the time and how did they respond?

Did they take it seriously and try to stop the spread or did they lie about it constantly, pretending it didn't exist, wasn't a big deal?

I guess we'll never know.

I'm married, make six figures, and pay more in taxes than Amazon and Tesla.

I've never been able to make up my mind on whether or not the character has its hands raised or just has prominent ears. Frankly I prefer to believe they are its hands and the character is quite pleased with its star.

Is there a canon answer?
