I'm thinking I need to have AI lard up my resume with whatever buzzwords are trendy in the industry; I have this really annoying habit of not wanting to work for stupid people, but, that's like the majority of people.

AI, in this case, refers to LLMs, GPT technology, and anything listed as "AI" meant to increase market valuations.
Then they should stop using AI to filter resumes they receive.
I work with small businesses and generally they are not using AI. I don't know if that holds everywhere but that's true of my area in the us at least.
You'd be surprised what the definition of "small business" covers.
It's odd to say the people using ai are the problem when most companies use ai filtering and selection nowadays. Whereas if you have a unique resume you don't get selected.

Perhaps but they probably use LinkedIn, Indeed, and other similar job boards who do use AI and offer it as a feature for these businesses.
