It's odd to say the people using ai are the problem when most companies use ai filtering and selection nowadays. Whereas if you have a unique resume you don't get selected.
This headline is about small business. They are much less likely to use AI.
Perhaps but they probably use LinkedIn, Indeed, and other similar job boards who do use AI and offer it as a feature for these businesses.
Exactly this is the fucking issue. They using job boards who use AI.
Job boards who have financial interest in you remaining unemployed.
