OP shares important information and and all anyone can do in the comments is complain about the source...
Not every source are vile pieces of shit who, among other things, make a living off of harassing trans people and calling for their death openly.
Does that change the facts of the matter?
It changes the fact that I had to see Asmongold against my will, and seeing his face is worse than a 40 second advertisement.

Yeah for the people that Asmongold attacks, it is potentially traumatic, Asmongold is a dangerously hateful person, that is his whole identity as a rightwing edgelord.
If the sight of someone you don't like traumatizes you, you should probably stay off the internet.
I'm happy for you that your life and conditions makes it so you don't have to deal with these kinds of things. As a transfeminine person however, yeah, I am not happy seeing the face of someone who constantly spews hatred towards me for simply existing. It does affect me. It's a constant reminder that this hatred against me, that discrimination and transphobia is everywhere and absolutely inescapable, which is something I'm already plainly aware of and don't need reminders of.
Obviously, seeing Asmongold doesn't bothers you, and good for you I guess. However, seeing that someone is posting here, using this awful person's subreddit as a source for things, meaning they apparently browse the thing, yeah, it makes me pause. It makes me see how fucking banal and normalized this guy, who represents and Incarnate an ideology that is an existential threat to my safety and rights, has become. And it makes me feel uneasy and less safe in these internet spaces.
I do deal with them. Every day. People are spewing hatred at me in these very comments. Life is not sunshine and rainbows. Sometimes you're going to see people you don't like. And you're gonna have to learn to deal with it like the rest of us.
There is a difference between seeing people you don't like and seeing people who are using their platforms and making a living off of trying to destroy yours.
There are plenty of people who are destroying my life on a regular basis. I still have to deal with them being broadcast on every platform in existence every day. And disappearing them solves nothing.
Hey lazy asshole in the wheelchair, I walk up these stairs everyday. There are stairs everywhere, you have to learn how to deal with them just like I do. Why is empathy so hard for some people? Everyone experiences reality differently, more equity and inclusivity is never a bad thing.
This is not a disabled person going up stairs. It's someone reacting to the mere existence of another person they don't like.

Now apply that lesson to aspects of people that aren't as immediately visually obvious as a wheel chair. Do you fault people with PTSD for not being able to "deal with" triggers that would be completely innocuous to you? I used the same words that you did this time so that we can continue having a conversation since the word "mad" threw you for such a loop.

You know what, that's my bad. I thought I was talking to someone that might see the error of their ways, but you're the kind of person that wants to continue arguing at all costs. So bottom line,
is terrible, truly garbage tier advice. I hope for the rest of your life your bosses, therapists, and anyone else in a position to listen to or help you with anything offers only that sentiment to you until you learn your lesson.
If I went to a therapist and told them that seeing the names of people I don't like traumatizes me and that they're supposed to treat me without discussing it at all, I would hope that would be their response.
Asmongold looks perfectly fine, it isn't the sight of them that traumatizes people it is the actions, words and ideology he traffics in with such a large public megaphone that makes him traumatizing to people.

What I am on about is underlining the fact that toxic rightwing ideologues like Asmongold are given platforms everywhere else except here so that we can all agree to do everything we can to stop here from becoming like those other places.

I personally down voted this post based entirely on the terms used. If the title had been about using sexualization to sell/entice viewership then that would have been fine. But what the title actually amounts to is synonymous with porn baiting which is not the same thing. I'm really tired of the term "goonerbait". It's such a sensationalized word.
The fact that the video is from Asmongold like other creators aren't talking about and reporting on this is just an extra ding against it.
The fact is, I can understand why people who are likely boycotting this creator are upset at being conned into clicking on his content.
Boycotting does not mean crying every time they're mentioned, especially when they're mentioned in the vein of some new horrific news.

The disgust people feel for asmongold is more visceral than their nebulous hatred of AI
