It's his official photo. The same thing in an 8x10 frame is hanging in every Federal building.
That just makes me wonder why they used his 'surreptitiously shitting' expression for the official photo.

I wonder how flammable something like that is.
I'd give 20-1 odds that it's a Chinese-made print on petroleum-based material, and highly unlikely to be canvas. So it would make beautiful art as it burns and drips.
Edit: picture this- this building with this banner at night. The banner in flames at a rightward angle. At the bottom of the banner where it's burning, the cheaply made plastic based banner melts as fast as it burns. Dripping, black molten plastic stalactites feed tiny black plastic stalagmites below. Freedom and law are seen in burn barrels behind the building.
I'm sure it's made of fire-retardant material. But maybe we should test it just to make sure.
