X now lets any user AI-edit other users’ images without consent, and there is no opt out (alternativeto.net)

A few days ago X introduced a new AI Image Editing button that lets any user modify images posted by others, even without the original uploader’s consent. Image owners are not notified when edits are made, and the feature is enabled by default with no opt-out option (at least not so far).

After 2022, Fuckmusk stopped documenting all the actual changes he put into the site, allowing shitheads to alter images without their creators' consent (i.e. cosplayers).

Yeah, he's making Mastadon and Bluesky more attractive.
