Yes. I still somewhat have my hopes up. Maybe this is so much additional crap all at once that it'll make some people wake up. I mean not all people are stupid and there's quite some people in my vicinity who are sceptical about all this dystopian techno oligarchy. They'll notice how it's going to ruin their parts of the internet. Feels to me we should become a bit more active and make use of 2026. Idk. Maybe talk a bit about what art is and why humans do it. Why quality matters and they don't always need the cheap crappy version of something... I've always made it my thing to be vocal about staying in control, get education, fight for freedom... I'll keep on doing that. I'll lecture people on AI as well and make sure I'll contribute something. It's not going to be easy and as you said: The near future is going to decide whether we still keep genuine things around. I'm super skeptical whether car companies are going to be my ally... But I always meet other people fighting for the same cause.
