Xi is probably buttering him up so he can take Taiwan
That man really playing the long game. They don't even have to fire a single shot just to take Taiwan.
Yeah, this is now the China that can afford to say no.
He doesn't need to do that. All he has to do is wait for the US to exhaust its ammunition stockpiles in Iran.
We've mostly done that already. Im not sure whats holding Xi back at this point. From where i sit he could have it if he wanted it. No one to really stop him. It might just be a good propaganda and not a military objective. After watching the war with Iran and the financial troubles in the bond market, china has never looked stronger and more intimidating.
I think once that happens we'll see 2 things.
