To be fair, it's an honest mistake. It's buried somewhere down in a line of paragraphs which all start with "Manton-Williams said her friend ..." My eyes keep thinking I already read that line and skip to the next one.
I never learned to read
Human bites, yes. Usually animal bites are way less problematic. However, rabbies is something that you usually only get by animal bites.
Rabies, Tetanus, there is a 10-20% infection rate because of all the bacteria in saliva. Some animals have long sharp front teeth (for example cats) which really get the bacteria deep down... General advise is doctor, bites are problematic.
