I was thinking about a "show your backsides" post for throwback Thursday :D
Taking this photo with chronically shaky hands was a bit challenging for autofocus and me but I hope it's good enough.
I have to admit I'm pretty happy with the backside so far. A few loose ends that need to be tucked in or cut off and a few nods I wasn't able to untie but all in all it's pretty tame compared to the back of my first project :D
Not on sick leave anymore so I made a little less progress. But soon I'll be done.
Will get some new fabric on Friday so I'm already thinking about what'll be next 🤩
You can get started quite easily with complete kits on Etsy (check to make sure it comes with a hoop). Try to go for a small piece for the beginning.
Take your time when stitching and undoing parts is at least for me not out of the ordinary :D
I learned that I like cross stitch more. So I can highly recommend to try it as well.

Anyway thanks for the blast from the past, my niblings love Legoland and I was surprised how old some of the franchises are. On the other hand I totally forgot that 2000 was 25 years ago and I'm old yet (・_・;)

I also had to think of PMDS which is like PMS but with very strong psychological symptoms. My sister got this when her Endometriosis became worse. Doing a thorough check with a doctor would be best.

Had him his whole life (his mother didn't want him because he was sick). He was a very weird asshole and drooling and sneezing all over the place when he was comfortable. And obviously never afraid to fight anything no matter it's size :D

Finally finished all the outlines. There's nothing more pleasing than the moment when you can finally connect two endings and everything fits. Can't wait to add some color (✷‿✷)

Ich hätte das weniger als Schwäche und mehr als Bequemlichkeit eingestuft. Bzw einfach keine Lust "sich das anzutun" einige Männer tun sich ja auch weiterhin mit Kondomen schwer und die schützen ja eigentlich sogar beide beim Sex...
Man sieht in der Medizin ja an einigen Stellen noch, dass der Mann eher im Fokus stand und es noch einiges nachzuholen gibt um hier eine echte Gleichbehandlung zu ermöglichen. Da würde ich dieses Thema und weitere Forschung zu verträglicheren hormonellen Verhütungsmitteln für Frauen mit einordnen.
