Idealspaten (German) builds spades, forks etc. that are really heavy quality and which tolerant all kind of abuse. I own a Kraftspaten Plus and you can use it as a lever to move heavy bolders or dig through rock hard soil.

Gardena is pretty meh and way overpriced IMO

I go with Wolf-Garten, excellent stuff for a good price.

I have multiple gardena and their lifespan is roughly a year or two,it's not made to be kept outside. The plastics junctions begin to fail quite fast.

agreed, mine have been great, but when I was buying a few years ago there were lots of fakes on the market.
