I wish to kick the homunculus, I feel like it would make the noise of a mortar shell before hitting something and making a satisfying thunk.
His name is Fight Club and there are rules against that.

It's both the disjointed limbs and the all-too-clean front yard.
It's fundamentally hard for AI to make things dirty.
It can do messy, but it's based on denoising, and it's very hard to distinguish a layer of dust or grime from noise, so unless some new technology comes up we're still going to have that as an indicator well after scale and limbs are fixed.

bizarre animal videos shorts, the animals are oddly added into the picture you can tell theres a wierd cartoonish (coloring, structure)look to it.
