Both of them should honestly be real worried about that. If Trump gets to fully exercise that power, and they step out of line a little bit, either one of them would be exiled in no time.

The president of the United States has always been a public servant who represents the people of our country. He's not a king among men the Office of the President should not have the ability to strip the citizenship of any individual that's what immigration courts are for!

Trump has started small, piece by piece, bit by bit. He's gotten away with everything else. So why wouldn't he get away with this?
And the people isn't doing anything about it. So why would he stop? Maybe americans should take a note from Ukraine's book. You protest outside the capitol and you don't go home until you get what you want.
For sheer size of the US, it can be exceedingly difficult to get all the way to DC. If you can't fly and have to drive for whatever reason, financial or otherwise, it's a 39 hour drive going from LA in California to DC. One way. With absolutely no time accounted for bathroom breaks, food, or even sleep. It's like a three day drive each way. That's basically a worst case scenario, but also, a ton of people live on the west coast, so it's not exactly an uncommon one. Unfortunately, the sheer geographical scale of the US makes it very difficult for people to amass specifically in DC.
You're 100% right, though, that anyone who can do it should do it.
In this specific case? We've spent the last two decades watching overly broad anti terrorism laws get passed under the implicit agreement they wouldn't be abused. Then comes Trump. Americans have been asleep at the wheel since the 1970's. That's part of why right wing rhetoric keeps getting more extreme. They need to keep their voting base engaged. Most people don't want anything to do with politics. If that doesn't change then no amount of reform will prevent us from voting ourselves out of a democracy.
Because the entire group, all the leaders, are pedo's. they have all been to that island, Now the island is America.
Because more Americans are either fully on board and support this, or don't give enough of a shit to care compared to those who oppose this behavior., and piss and moan every day about how "tHiS iS nOt wHo wE ArE"

Long story short is that America has literally been going through "First they came for ..." for months now.
I can already see the headlines from later this year and the next, about how "no one could see it coming" and "why didn't anyone warn me(better)". You can actually just go to communities making fun of pro-brexit folk and see the same quotes from them afterwards.
Months. Did you somehow miss black lives matter? The rapid growth of the prison industrial complex? This is just the explosive conclusion to a pattern that was well underway long before Trump.

We are already living in a fascist state.
We better start preparing for a stronger resistance now while we still can.
- find local communities and get involved to make connections
- We can effect things drastically with a general strike. This targets the establishment's income streams, and can bring a fascist government to its knees if done on a large enough scale.
- Contact a union and attempt to unionize your workplace so that the general strike is even more effective (plus, ya know, better pay and working conditions as a bonus!)
This method would not only work in the US, but anywhere in the world.

- Continuing to participate in publicly visible resistance demonstrations like 50501 (the next one is July 17th) to encourage others to stand up with you and prove to that there are millions of others who will join them in the fight. A large part of Nazi Germany's success in taking over the country was a lack of massive public demonstrations against the new regime, making people feel helpless and afraid to take a stand.
If we put in the work, we can resist this and we can win. Look at how effective these methods were when used in Chile in 2019.. If we completely reject the political system and rebel on a mass scale, there is NOTHING they can do to stop us.
I might be a downer but T still has many supporters/apologists. I believe that things will start to change only when those people become vocal against him. Until that happens resistors will start populating the camps next to the “illegals”.
A lack of resistance now will only guarantee a quick decent into Russian style authoritarianism. We resist now, or wait years or potentially decades for it to crumble and break.
The 50501 resistance movements have already shown us that there are millions who will openly resist. The military parade showed hundreds of slouched out of step soldiers, who would only do so if they disapproved. Trump only barely won the election.
Does he have supporters still? Of course, a wide amount of brainwashed people are were caught in that trap, and it will take a great deal of hardship for them to come out of that cult.
But just as many are not. Just as many are awake to what is happening. It may decent into civil war, and I think it'd prudent to be ready for that possibility, but hopefully it won't come to that.
But don't wait for a mass movement to make it safe for you to stand up, or you may never stand up.

100% the question becomes will t be able to deport him? If not, this will be the start of a losing streak for t because people will see that he blinked and more people, who will be able to make actual change, will rise up. I believe that this is a key moment.

Its a good thing Democratic leadership has condemned this. They obviously don't like the man and see him as a threat, but Trump's actions are far worse. They did stand up for him right? Right?

This is a sad possibility and if it happens we need to take action and be in the streets and outside the White House.
When opposition politicians start disappearing, that's your last chance to get your gun and take back the power by force. Once opposition is eliminated, you're shit out of luck.
