Correct. The issue with Ukraine though is they fought back and didn't give any land to Russia. Now Putin needs to save face and how many people put through the meat grinder to do that is irrelevant.

When making a new account at any bank, credit union or otherwise I opt out/turn off any and all overdraft protection. If I don't have enough money on my account the card just doesn't go through.

Also many large banks like Wells Fargo should have some sort of wallet account that can be opened along with a regular checking account that has limited function. Typically these kind of wallet accounts don't have overdraft as a default.

I can't tell you which window was the best XP or 7 but for me it's somewhere between the two. Although I used vista for a long time perfectly fine and people hated that one.

I feel privileged that I got to use these great operating system for so long.
