There was a really good buffet my family got to go to when I was kid in South Carolina. We didn't think to ever figure out what the place was called but we always bring it up saying we should have at least taken a photo or something to remember what it was so that we could go back. Never did..
counterpoint, the best fried rice i ever et was ruined when they added a buffet to the restaurant. within a year all their food became overly greasy and they went out of business. i can't stand fried rice now, i haven't found fried rice anywhere that good. they ruined it for me. damn buffets.
