It's a pretty safe bet that anything terrible you hear about Theil is probably true, except that it is probably even worse than you heard.

We need to start screaming that the 2024 election was rigged. We ALL know it. Stop revering this "peaceful transfer of power" bullshit, that isn’t more important than demanding that our Democratic Elections be honored.
HitlerPig is going to win his 3rd term with 98% of the vote, and declare that the voters have effectively ended the 22nd Amendment, and the Dems will go along with it.
Any woman or minority on Fox News deserves any humiliating treatment they get.
Half of America are horrified by it, and the other half think it's something to be proud of, because they're ignorant neanderthals.
They might get away with it in a low firearm state like NY, but if they're in Florida, and a bunch of guys try to drag away a screaming woman, they might find themselves catching bullets.
From the article:
Martell-Lebron was found guilty of two counts of trafficking cocaine and one count of trafficking heroin in Middlesex Superior Court in 2009, court documents show. He was sentenced to 15 years in prison after already serving a little less than two years while awaiting trial.
He got out in ~~2000~~ 2020. So "a decade of not causing any trouble" is technically true, but only because he was already in prison.
Who could have foreseen that banning all the highly active, long-term accounts in the same month would have a negative effect? Now they can live with all their bots, puns, Russian Karma Farmers, novelty accounts, and trolls.
After the Inauguration, they had a bloodbath in February, permabanning many long-term, high karma accounts like mine (12yrs, 900K+).
These were the members who built Reddit into what it was, and after over a decade of high volume posting without getting banned, suddenly all of us made comments that earned permanent bans in the same month. Yeah, that's plausible.
Now that they've ejected many if the members that made Reddit a lively place to debate, they're stuck with novelty accounts, puns, bots, Russian Karma Farmers, shitposters, trolls, and general bullshit. I just went over to read some subs I love, and literally the first post I read was complaining about how long they had to scroll to get past the stupid puns to get to the real discussion.
Its been getting increasingly bad for a long time, but apparently it's gotten far worse lately, now that they decided to get rid of the red meat and go vegan.
I like Lemmy, but they don't have anything close to the active guitar forums that Reddit had.
That reminds me, I need to sharpen my guillotine.
That's why it was so shocking when a judge recently compared them to Nazis, and even implied that the Mazis were kinder! Unfortunately, many MAGA Trairors woumd be proud of that.
Also, I have NEVER heard a news personality call any of them Traitors, despite an Insurrection, the False Electors Plot, hundreds of stolen classified documents, turning against our allies, smooching the world's worst authorities, etc.
By any objective measure, Agent Krasnov is the most prolific traitor in American history, more than all other American traitors COMBINED.
And yet not one talking news head has ever called him a Traitor.
I wish it was being taken seriously here. Many in America, including Democrats, think calling these maniacs traitors and Nazis is hyperbole/ rhetoric/ exaggerration/ propaganda, but it isnt. Its exactly what they are, and the sooner people understand and internalize that, the sooner we can purge them from our government.
Nope, 2020, fat fingers, I'll edit.
