Those "wind turbines" are definitely helping... because energy gets magically created, right?

Ah yes because a wind generator is magic.

(It would work if the bike is stationary or in some conditions if the wind direction is right relative to the bike direction.)

But probably it loses more in drag than it gains in generation, except when the bike is stopped

Yeah I meant while in motion. Otherwise airplanes with propellers wouldn't need fuel.
