I've recently found out that Garnier is affiliated with Nestlรฉ which is awful. Been using their bleach for a while now because it's affordable and vegan compared to other brands which aren't specifically marked as vegan.

Do any of you guys have recommendations?

Iโ€™m confused. Assuming youโ€™re talking about bleach for laundry itโ€™s just Sodium Hypochlorite. I donโ€™t see how they could be derived from animals or animal products unless I guess if youโ€™re counting diatoms from billions of years ago.

I think it's about hair bleach since Garnier (cosmetics/hair product brand) was mentioned. Hair bleach is/was commonly tested on animals, so even though it doesn't contain animal products it's connected to animal cruelty.

Bleaching or coloring animal hair is cruelty?

Have you ever bleached your hair? That shit burns AF both on your skin and in your eyes. Now imagine you got bred for the sole purpose of spending your life in a tiny cage where people test painful chemicals on you till you die. Pretty cruel indeed.
