A place for all those who loathe AI to discuss things, post articles, and ridicule the AI hype. Proud supporter of working people. And proud booer of SXSW 2024.
AI, in this case, refers to LLMs, GPT technology, and anything listed as "AI" meant to increase market valuations.

So you think clapping at meetings and talking longer than the time allocated to you is going to have a different result?
Well, tactics like that were the only thing that got my city to cancel their flock contract, so yeah. They demanded we limit flock comments to a short portion of the meetings and we continued to flood every meeting and every topic until they had no choice but to listen. Its's like yall never heard the disobedience in civil disobedience.
Well in my city we didn't have any civil disobedience and they still denied Flock cameras after people came in and said why they are against having them. Didn't take any violence at all. Just come out and be against them. Get people to come in and help your cause.
I get you want blood, but its not always necessary.
Yeah, acting like a git usually doesn't help your cause.
It's why everyone hates organisations like extinction rebellion.
Who the fuck said anything about blood? I'm literally here saying "let's not condone state violence against a person clapping out of turn."
Your response: "I get you want blood..."
You are an insane person. It really is all projection with you folks. Christ on a fucking cracker. 🙄
On me, I saw this
and this
and figured you meant it was time to take drastic action beyond the peaceful, democratic process of telling your elected officials in a board room meeting setting about your complaints, and instead use non-peaceful tactics. I understand now that you mean to disrupt any democratic process purely by disobeying any order that your local elected officials and/or previously preceding local laws/rules have in place so nobody can participate in democracy, at least until your personal demands have been met.
Relax bro, i read you wrong.
You're getting weirdly obsessive about this.
What system are you looking to install where people are less alienated from the decisions that matter in their lives?
