Unless you're encrypting them yourself (and even then), there is no such thing as private user files in the cloud.
Especially with any of the big corps.
In theory they are required to stop scanning private user files, at least for EU users after Chat Control was repealed.
In theory they are supposed to pay a commensurate amount of taxes.
Private in this case means not posted publicly.
