The phone AI will hang up on you over and over again. And it's not an accidental disconnection because they will say they are sorry you are having problems and then say goodbye and then hang up.
Verizon set up this doom loop where I was prevented from logging into my account online and then when I called for help the AI hung up on me because I wasn't logged into my account. I told the AI the reason I was calling was because the system wouldn't let me log in and asked to speak to a human representative but they just kept disconnecting.
Corporate phone queues are being run straight out of hell.
