They've been caught in the past slowing down old iPhones claiming it was to preserve battery health. I think claiming they definitely will do it is a bit much, but it seems plausible enough.

For Godot, there's a cool (web and desktop) app called Learn to code from Zero with GDScript. It's interactive and the stuff you learn there is fairly transferable to other languages.

It's in case you have to change those values later, you will probably miss one instance and get issues down the line. It also makes it more readable for other people (or yourself in a few months lol)

Do you have a proprietary requirement that you can't handle on Linux? It works fine for me but also I'm not dependent on local proprietary tools to do my work so we may have a very different experience
