You don't need the wiki for that though, you can ask the guide what you can make out of anything.

I've played through both. The switch versions are very faithful to the originals, with a few things that stood out to me as different:
The bikes are implemented differently, so some of the bike puzzles can be easily cheesed.
Fairy type is present.
The underground has been redesigned to focus on catching Pokemon instead of multiplayer.
Elite 4 rematches are much more difficult.
There are a variety of small improvements throughout the game otherwise, so I think it would be fine to play these ones. If you want to experience both versions of gen 4 in some way, you could also play Platinum on the DS.
Someone Else's Creation
Will Poulter in the movie "We're the Millers".
Yes, it came out in 2020
It's a reference to a much older episode, but I wasn't able to find which one.
Most, if not all, of them are downloadable as .cbr files right from the website. If your app supports importing local files, if might be able to read them.
I'm past 1300 and haven't seen anything even close to this.
It also shows up 7 times each as free to play and free to keep on SteamDB.
It is also free to keep during the same duration for some reason.
This post just reminded me to turn off my Bluetooth. I hope someone is able to provide an answer
My general philosophy for how most people would use the map is "where are things and how do I get there?" With that in mind, I usually focus on adding stores, amenities, and other bits of infrastructure that people are likely to interact with, as well as making sure the roads and sidewalks are accurate.
I don't always feel like working on these things though, so there are some days where I will just map grass, trees, fences, or whatever else I find interesting at the time.
