I paid them, didnt have the time or money to fight them. I just moved out asap. There was a lot of other stuff going on at the time and i'm sure they knew i didnt have the resources to dispute it

My last landlord didnt fix a water leak for 9 months. The only reason they came to fix it is because i withheld rent and threatened to call the city after our bathroom closet was infested with black mold and my roommates wall on the other side slid off onto the floor.

Oh and btw they still had the balls to send someone to serve me with a warning to evict if i didnt pay in full within 3 days lmfao

Has anyone told MAGA they are free to shut themselves off from the rest of the world all on their own. Honestly they do a pretty good job of it already. in c/[email protected]

Question about quickstep launcher (lemm.ee)
 

I hope this is the right place for this. I just set up my new Titan Pocket and things are going pretty smoothly, except that the native launcher (quickstep) keeps overriding the one i installed (Niagara).

I have disabled all permissions for the former, but i cant disable or uninstall the app. Niagara has all default permissions and background data enabled.

Any idea what to try next? I'm very particular about my phone interface, i need to fix this lol. TIA

(I have no experience rooting my phones etc)

why are fax machines still used by medical systems? (lemm.ee)
 

I'll admit, I'm pretty frustrated right now lol. me and my doctor have been trying to submit a referral to a specialist but for the last several weeks, when i call them, they still haven't gotten it yet. they told me it's because they only have one fax machine so it refuses any incoming faxes if it's in the middle of printing a different one.

my problem is, why haven't we come up with a more modern and secure way of sending medical files?!?! am i crazy for thinking this is a super unprofessional and unnecessary barrier to care?

luckily I'm mobile enough to drive a physical copy to their location, but not everybody who needs to see this type of doctor can do that, nor should they have to.
