I read the article and the headline is false, and contradicts the story.
The snitch line is real. If you have heard about it in other news sources, this is it. But its for reporting doctors who give the care, not for reporting the patients who receive it.
The article itself seems fine, but the headline is lies. The feds haven't open a second snitch line to report trans people receiving care, at least not according to this article.
This is all very bad but its not quite as bad as the headline is written to make you believe.
