The floating text being physically present reminds me of something that happens in Too Many Cooks.

Something similar happened with NHL player Jaromir Jagr. An 18 year old woman threatened to publish photos of herself in bed with him if he didn't pay. His response was that he doesn't care.

I found one!

The only downside seems to be price. It's about $388 USD whereas my last battery was about $150.

But that's cool that they exist.

They are bulky and last ten years in an extreme temperature range. I wonder if these could replace lead-acid batteries in ICE cars, which usually last 3-5 years.

Reminds me of the "moose stuff" bit from Family Guy:

Because many of their children and grandchildren would pick up the slack.

People are already struggling just to get by. Imagine suddenly having to house, feed, and/or care for an elderly person on top of that.

I was trying out Mullvad Browser and clicked on a Discord link and it launched the Discord app on my computer.

I was shocked that a security-oriented browser would launch an external application without warning by default. Even Chrome prompts the user first.

What's a "pun'kin"?

I'm guessing it's a quantity of eggs, but Google isn't helping.

Reminds me of Outer Wilds. Excellent game.

A friend of mine once downloaded something malicious to his Linux machine and wasn't worried about it. Then some time later, while browsing his files from a Windows machine, saw it and was like, "hey, what's this?" Oops.

He's a tech savvy guy, so I'm guessing the fact he had downloaded it himself really let his guard down.

We should combine their names like Hollywood couples:

Musk + Trump = Mump
