Sometimes (not in this instance) the error message is completely worthless. I remember one time trying to configure automatic backups in Cloud Native Postgres and it just wasn't working, the errors were opaque. So I asked on the project's github what the problem was and the devs were quite unhelpful. Some random user came along and said "Oh you need to set the S3 region like this..." and backups started working.

Clock maker: Gives +chips and +mult based on current time in 24h format. Hours gives chips, minutes give mult. Current time: 15:35

Didn't Toshiba's hard drive division get bought by someone?

For starting out I would suggest Longhorn, I've had several issues with it but maybe they've been fixed. I also used Rook Ceph which is overkill but neat to play with. Techno Tim has several videos on Kubernetes including setting up a cluster (he has an ansible playbook for it) as well as how to set up Longhorn.

Cryptid. I've tried Bunco but found it pretty buggy. There's also UnStable

Modded Balatro

On my PC or android phone using the official apps I cannot watch videos, explore libraries or even access the admin dashboard.

In the phone app if I try to play a tv show the next episode in the series is shown in Next Up with nothing playing but on my desktop I'll get the episode's thumbnail but nothing plays.

Everything works through the web UI.

In the server logs I do see this:

I did try uninstalling Kodi Sync Queue and logging out and back in which helped on my PC but not on my phone.

I don't know what cave-in this art is referring to but I like the idea of a tank being scared.

I have some 1440p videos that I've downloaded off youtube but they use either the AV1 or VP9 codec. I'd like to watch these on my phone but it can't direct play those codecs and my iGPU can't transcode them so it has to be done in software extremely slowly.

So I'd like to transcode the videos ahead of time into either h264 or h265 which my phone can direct play but I don't want to get rid of the originals. So can I have two copies of the same episode but using different codecs? How would I name them? Would jellyfin be smart enough to send the right video based on what my phone supports?

The videos are currently named like so:

'Rimworld with Francis John - Anomoly - S01E01 - An Unlikely group of researchers.mkv'
'Rimworld with Francis John - Anomoly - S01E02 - New weapons, new threats, new research.mkv'
'Rimworld with Francis John - Anomoly - S01E03 - Small colony equals few options.mkv'

I download Let's Play series off of Youtube and sort them to watch through Jellyfin at a later time. I also download the thumbnails. On June 9 I upgraded the Jellyfin server from 10.9.1 to 10.9.6 and thumbnail importing broke somewhere inbetween those two versions.

As you can see, episode 25 which I downloaded on June 7 has its thumbnail while episode 26 which was downloaded June 12 does not. This happens for all videos I've added. I've double checked that the images are not corrupt and that the file names match.

[Edit]

I rolled back to 10.9.1, did a refresh and all the missing thumbnails were picked up immediately

A few hours ago I received a PM from someone and I replied. I clicked edit but chose not to change anything so I clicked save and my entire message was deleted! Fortunately the message wasn't very long so I didn't have to type much but still.

The main mod for this colony was Vanilla Factions Expanded Empire which greatly improves the Empire. I think I got my main pawn to Archcount.

One of my design goals was no rectangular rooms which I think I achieved. The rooms in the bottom left were intended to be guest rooms for royals so they'd be fairly copy and paste aside from colour scheme.

I've only got a couple of categories, one for sonarr, prowlarr (for some reason), and Games. They each have their save path set and thus I would expect any torrent added under the Games category would be saved in the path set for that category. But they're not, they're dumped in the default save path making that folder a hot mess. What's the deal? Why are categories so terrible?
