Did you know egg shells are slightly permeable? Did you know it's good to crush egg shells up and feed them back to chickens to help provide the nutrients back to them for making eggs with strong shells? Chickens lacking proper nutrients will produce softer shells which can look weird and droopy as well as being less safe for a chick before hatching. Did you know the membrane is used in a plethora of products including beauty related items? Did you know there's still not a great way to quickly, easily, and cheaply separate the shell and membrane on a mass scale?
