It may not be related but forest fires are raging in many US states and it isn’t even summer yet

When I used to do image and signal processing for embedded systems in C and C++, AI was useless. Now that I do backend web development in Python and Ruby, AI is better than me. It really depends on the problem area and how many sample code and answers are out there for it to steal from.

With Israel every accusation is an admission

In Gaza, human shields are used by Israeli soldiers at least six times a day.

I served in Gaza for nine months, and first came across these procedures, called "mosquito protocol" in December 2023. It was only two months into the ground offensive, long before there was a shortage of dogs from the IDF's canine unit, Oketz, who were used for this purpose. This became the insane, unofficial excuse for this insane, unofficial procedure. I didn't realize then how ubiquitous using human shields, whom we referred to as a "shawish," would become.

Today, almost every platoon keeps a "shawish," and no infantry force enters a house before a "shawish" clears it. This means there are four "shawishes" in a company, twelve in a battalion, and at least 36 in a brigade. We operate a sub-army of slaves.

I recently saw that the IDF's Military Police Criminal Investigation Division opened six investigations into the use of Palestinian civilians as human shields, and my jaw dropped. I've seen cover-ups before, but this is a new low.

If the MPCID wanted to do its job seriously, it would have to open far more than even a thousand investigations. But all the MPCID wants is for us to be able to tell ourselves and the world that we're investigating ourselves, so they've found six scapegoats and are pinning it all on them.

8GB SSD

There’s your problem. The last time 8GB was plenty was in 1998.

A few things:

  1. Neither major party was opposed to the genocide or had any intention of stopping it.
  2. You could add all third-party votes, not just Stein's, and Harris would still lose to Trump. That is if you assume that Kennedy and Oliver too stole votes from Harris.
  3. Criticizing an Arab for voting for a Jew is peak antisemitism.
  4. Anyone I don't like is a Putin puppet. Harris is also a Putin puppet. How else would you explain her purposefully choosing to throw away the election?

Islam appears to be synonymous with Arabs, but such an assumption is to say the very least, highly inaccurate. Arabs might also appear as the majority of Muslims across the globe, but again this is incorrect. They only make up one fifth of all Muslims in the 21st century.

In fact, Arabs as a minority in Islam is far back dated. Arabs up to the middle of the 20th century when most gained their independence as nation states had also been a millennium removed from any rule of the Muslim empires.

So why does this impression still remain in the consciousness of all those who are not Muslim? That Arabs are the face of Islam.
