So what you’re saying is your metaphor is not only unoriginal and lame, you also don’t understand it

More like 120 million voted to drive off a cliff and 100 million voted to not, and you live in a region of the bus where your vote doesn’t count anyways because they aggregate by row and your row already leans heavily in the “not off a cliff” camp.

There are a wide range of conservative opinions that I don’t find problematic. Certainly some are but same can be said for any party. I’m not an “enlightened centrist” guy, certainly the American Republicans/Maga are fucking awful. But that is just one manifestation of a range of policies.

If you can’t differentiate someone that is simply conservative vs someone who is full throated MAGA then that’s more of a political literacy issue YOU have. Someone isn’t evil simply for wanting reduced taxes or less immigration or reduced “sexual positivity”. There are ethical forms of these policies.

And because it’s mandatory on a forum based platform - no, I’m not conservative. Im further left than most of you. I’m just also less emotionally charged.

Right so do you see how people that don't have The Correct Opinion would view this as toxic.

I get it. We all hate the right here. You don't need to lecture me on that. My point is that toxicity mostly emerges from people hating people that don't have identical opinions as them. Slightly to the right = nazi. Slightly to the left = tankie.

Just chill my guy

If you keep it off, it's significantly harder to get hacked.

A person can only drink about 3L of liquid per day.

So unless each beer was 100ml -> less than a standard beer can, this bullshit on the physics alone. And everyone here claiming "30 is totally doable, and then some" while ignoring the sheer volume is making themselves look like an idiot. And that's before you consider the effect of the beers from 6am being long gone by the time you're drinking your 12pm beer. Maybe if you're drinking teeny tiny beers..

4% is the lower end even for macrobrews. Budlight is the lighetest mass produced brew and that's ~4.2%, but the standard set you'll find at most generic bars (corona / budweiser / blue moon / lagunitas) at 4.5% / 5% / 5.4% / 6.2% and there are some common brands in the 8%+ range. It's a weird narrative that American beers are all light, it's like people think we ONLY drink bud light when in reality the majority of beer drank by Americans are non-light.

Once you get into the 10%+ range you're not really drinking a "chill and watch the game" type drink anyways. And as you conclude, there are more efficient ways to get there than drinking a 14% lagar.

Probably 1/2 of the users on this platform are here as a protest against Reddit. Either the API stuff, or the admins nuking your account, or the mods being... goofy. Or the users, or who knows what.

What's your story?

If you haven't secured your load and it breaks my wind shield, you're liable. I don't care what warning you may have written on your truck and neither does insurance nor the law (in the US at least).

What was your motivation for seeking out non-mainstream platforms? Why did you choose this platform?
