I emailed the company asking what's up and this is the response I received (not verbatim as I redacted some non-relevant information):

Yes the website is down because we are reorganizing our business.

We did custom direct orders but have discontinued Made in Ontario cast iron. We used a foundry to pour the actual product but all finishing and seasoning was done by us. During the end of Covid foundries only wanted to handle multi million dollar accounts. So we made the decision stop producing Canadian made cast iron.

My husband is continuing the custom iron works.

Hope you understand.

Cheers Beth Bristow

future studies will need to investigate if similar pathways are possible in humans (though the authors suggest they don’t see why they wouldn’t)

Why wouldn't an extra-cellular protein have a similar pathways in humans as worms? This research will be easy. Any amyloids in the semen? How about the uterine fluid? Done.

They're definitely all about the communism too. I answered a post asking for any surviving examples of communism with "I think Cuba counts" and got banned Rule 1 IIRC.

Propaganda isn't necessarily lies. It is just biased towards the author's agenda with the goal to persuade a target demographic. For example: an article (or pamphlets being air dropped over their lines) blasting Russia for summarily executing their own troops for retreating would both be factual and propaganda.

That said, I agree with your sentiment. Facts counter the 'undesirable propaganda'.

Professor Maxine Welkers of the University of Toronto Economics Dept. explains, “Given Americans’ low literacy rates, costly health insurance, and how much animal shit their FDA allows in their food, Canada annexing the U.S. is really more of a humanitarian gesture.”

That line is gold.

Trades? Tradesperson. We use unskilled labour to describe things like sales reps, wait staff, and janitors because the list of jobs you used all require post-secondary education.

I see a Bristow Iron Works in Ontario, but their website is down. They have a Facebook page, but I have it blocked. From what I can see it is 4 years expired.

What’s the internet regulation like in Canada

What’s fiber penetration like

What about public transport

What’s Canada’s stance on green and renewables

How votes are counted

Is Canada pro-regulation?

We are a nation of ~40 million people, speaking two official languages, spread out amongst 10 provinces and 3 territories, encompassing the 2nd largest land area behind russia. We have 4 'recognized' parties (Conservatives, Liberals, New Democrats, and Bloc Quebecois) and the Greens are an up and coming party that have members in the House. We are too diverse to say 'we are all pro anything (except maybe Hockey)'. That said, we are a Social Democracy so regulate far more than the US despite (perhaps in spite of) their economic influence.

Something you didn't ask about but I think you'd likely be interested in is our Charter of Rights and Freedoms.

People's Party of Canada will not attend, commission says

The development was first reported by CTV News. The broadcaster said it unearthed a 2022 podcast recording where McKenzie expressed support for public hangings and jokingly suggested Justin Trudeau should receive the death penalty.

He was no longer listed as a candidate on the party's website as of Tuesday morning.

Roberts is president of the Heritage Foundation, a conservative think tank. He is widely considered the mastermind of Project 2025, a 900-page plan that pushes for firing federal employees, placing limits on the National Institutes of Health and cracking down on immigration. He made headlines last year for bragging about killing a dog with a shovel.
