Yeah that's a really tough knot. My main point is that it's rarely a miracle cure. But honestly you seem like you could use that 4-6hr recreationally ๐Ÿ˜. I hope it helps you!

If it means anything i can relate in terms is the depression, anxiety, and burnout leading to pretty bad executive dysfunction and being convinced i had severe ADHD(undiagnosed, it's mild if i have it). That was the last 5 years of my life. Moving to another country ended up being what enabled my ability to work on it.

They won't do anything if you don't put in the work. They'll give you a 4-6 hour experience of access to your emotions, and which ones are often most affected by set and setting. It's basically breaking down the walls between you and your emotional self.

It mostly gives you a break, and shows you a goal. So putting in the work is a matter of taking from that experience and changing your life/behavior to start breaking down the emotional walls now that you know what emotions actually feel like.

It's rarely one and done and depression is complex. Sometimes you need a reminder as well. You'll sill need to change your neuro-chemical condition and literal brain structure. That could be simply behavioral, sometimes psychological, and sometimes it's hard wired.

In all cases progress is slow. Getting better takes years and you're not looking for perfect here. There is no failure, feeling like your back pedaling can often be part of growth.

Also don't skip regular therapy as long as you can afford it, just find a therapist you like. They're professionals. They won't be offended if you want to switch. If they are then they're a shit therapist and run even faster.

It's not really taught that this is often fishing for compliments, though sometimes they want to hear about how they impact you on a deep emotional and psychological level. Depends on the person. The former is easy enough, the latter does require you have a level of emotional awareness and the communication skills to express it.

It's the internet and the misogynists tend to be louder for the same reasons they feel their behavior is appropriate. They see many others behaving the same way and there's much less push back than there needs to be.

When i was young i definitely was more on the fantasy side but not exclusively.

After being in a few relationships and actually having women as friends, as well as spending time in prominently queer spaces, i don't really get anything from a selfie(or any image, really) a stranger posts online.

I'm far more interested, in both cases, to see people showing each other care and affection. It just makes them more real i guess, like they have lives and emotions and stuff.

Most the people I know that did vote for them blame them for not being in charge. Yes, it is a clown country.

I quit taking oxy once the pain subsided so i could have a beer lol. 15-45min of feeling like "everything is fine, really" while being forcibly dissociated every few hours was nice. Not worth the constipation at all.

Dilodin via IV drip was pretty great though.

Honestly I'd settle for easy access to a saline drip. The raw hydration and cool sensation in the veins. The medical smell too.

I have to drink like 6 liters of water to sort of almost feel that hydrated in a day.

I'm not paying $40 for an hdmi cable no matter how much you threaten me.

Depends in radiator design. Forced connection will generally transfer more heat than natural convection in an open system like this. This depends on whether the fan is actually pushing more air than would move under natural convection, and how much. There's other considerations such as radiator material, surface finish and color, etc. which may throttle the effect.
