I opened Facebook for the first time in months yesterday, and I was surprised at the amount of pro-CPC posts and comments. It's like the opposite of the pro-Carney posts I've seen here.

It seems like we've segmented ourselves by platform.

All I get are horny Reels, complaining from geriatric relatives, and ads stuff I searched for elsewhere. So the personalization is a bit weak.

Facebook has been manipulating information for years. It's one of the big reasons that hate is on the rise honestly.

The interesting bit is that they have their own lil bubble over there, while we're in our own lil bubble over here.

That's fair. I haven't had Facebook for at least a decade (definitely more haha). All I hear is just conservative boomers really occupy it anymore. But yeah, I guess I shouldn't assume. We all know what that does. I'd agree with Lemmy being a bubble as well. Good point.
