I'm hearing rumblings of mass layoffs in my industry and was hoping to soften the blow by reaching out for full-time work before things come crumbling down.

I have nearly 20yrs of experience working in a studio and as an in-house designer. With the last 8yrs being at my current employer.

While a generalist, I excel in the areas of logo / branding design, print design, email / e-blast design and presentation design. I do a little bit of Wordpress / HTML / CSS work on the side as well.

I'm a Xennial with strong work ethic and communication skills.

Turnout was around 25%, which isn't surprising in a by-election.

These guys are card scammers. The play is the girl will ask you to pay for her using your card and she'll give you $20 cash. The fake driver will switch out your card and hand you the pin pad with someone else's card. You enter in your pin, it'll approve it automatically, and now everyone goes their merry way none the wiser. Happened to me back in December, I luckily realized it in a few minutes and had by bank freeze the card. This was a few minutes ago in the Winners plaza in Heartland.

So what are y’all doing this fine weekend now that the Canada day events are over?

I just got a new coffee grinder, so I’m thinking of drinking an inordinate amount of coffee as I experiment with settings.

They're still going at it. Seems like more of a block party if you ask me.
