I usually don't like Avant-garde art, but this one speaks to me.
Now I wonder, though, did he buy a Tesla for this? Or did already have a Tesla and thought of a creative way to get rid of it?
What's going through my mind is a scene from Straight Outta Compton:
"They're burning all your CD's!" (referencing a large pile of burning CD's from their new album).
"Yeah, but they still bought them, didn't they?"
Could not find the answer to that but I don't think so, given what he has to say about the installation. Also I don't see why he wouldn't get an already wrecked car for dirt cheap to do that.

Edit : the car in the picture even shows clear signs of wreckage, e.g the hood with giant scratches all over even though it looks like the head wouldn't even have touched it
