Nah, only thing I'd change is the bread.
Those peppers look raw, onions a bit too, but otherwise an alright sandwich to me.
The onion looks like it started to caramelize, maybe more salt on it to let it sweat before cooking. And the pepper has a lil bit of char on it. Good effort, 6/10.
Honestly I think if you tossed this whole thing in a frying pan and cooked it up like grilled cheese it would improve by several orders of magnitude.

Steak is way too thick and chewy. Either overcooked and / or used the wrong cut.
Something is seriously wrong with that steak, was it frozen when you started cooking it? Did you just chuck it in the pan and then turn on the heat? Is it microwaves? I would say it's over cooked based on the inside but then there should be some caramelisation on the outside.
I think you nailed it, this sandwich has to have been completely microwaved from scratch
