Hello people

I was wondering which european companies would you recommend for high quality jeans and/or summer long pants? I'm especially interested in relaxed-fit pants.

Pe: I already have a pair of MUD jeans and i absolutely love them

The jeans I have gotten the last years are from Nudies and Livid.

I have Nudie jeans and they are really nice. I think they fit the high quality request.

Nudie jeans is a Swedish brand and some models are "made in Italy" and some are "made in Tunisia", they have a detailed transparency for each model. Several parts of the jeans are made in Tรผrkiye, also for the jeans that are labeled "made in Italy".

Most of the jeans I wear are from ATO Berlin: https://www.atoberlinshop.de/

The company is in Berlin, the clothes are made in Portugal (at least they were last time I checked).

Denham the Jeanmaker, from Amsterdam. A Dayโ€™s March, from Stockholm

Any that last a long time bicycling? I keep wearing holes in the crotch.

I have looked around for different clothing brands and I remember that some of them have chinos that are supposed to be made for cycling. One brand I could find now is Sanvt that has a model called cycling chino. I have never had any clothes from Sanvt so I have no idea if they are better than other chinos.

So hard to know if a company is European... But I have four pairs of Pierre Cardin jeans, and will buy two more. By far the comfiest jeans I have ever had. I have to buy sizes for the German market as the Swedish sizes don't fit well, but those are great.

Which ever brand you are looking at, try to pickup a Selvage pair, it lasts longer.

Also, buying second hand or used clothes that's still in good shape, no matter the brand means the money stays in your community and still counts for a boycott.

There are very few models, but I am a big fan of jeans from varusteleka.com. Finnish brand, made in Estonia if I remember correctly. They cost twice as much as other pants but last four times longer.
