The whole thing is probably a joke about how if Trump went to prison (they were talking about the movie "Get Hard") he'd end up blowing "Bubba" (which was a common joke name for a big scary convict who rapes other convicts) and Putin would end up with photos of such an occurrence (because Putin's Russia collects blackmail material).
