As opposed to normal objects, the mass of a tennis ball is inversely proportional to its size.

[–] idegenszavak@sh.itjust.works 11 points 3 weeks ago

Which scp is this?

To demonstrate gravitational pull, we have put two objects near each other. Note that only when the amount of hedgehog is increased to 800g is the gravity able to overcome the static friction both objects have due to being on a surface.

In the same vein:

"Practical illustration of deformation caused by gravitational tidal forces between two nearby, massive bodies. (scale greatly exaggerated)"

From this we can extrapolate, that the hedgehog will have grown to 6,4kg in the 6th iteration.

By the 10th iteration it will have surpassed the mass of an average adult human.
And at the 21st, will be more massive than the largest Blue Whales.

Our furry merkins are available in three sizes to fit most.

Magical hog is shrinking tennis balls.

[–] Denjin@feddit.uk 7 points 3 weeks ago

Despite repeated trials, the ATP decide that the new organic tennis balls were sadly too difficult to manufacture consistently.

Should've used bananas for scale instead

[–] Davel23@fedia.io 6 points 3 weeks ago

Gotta grow fast.

[–] Bananable@feddit.nl 5 points 3 weeks ago

Tennis ball, hedgehog for scale.

[–] Grabthar@lemmy.world 4 points 3 weeks ago

FFS, stop feeding me tennis balls!

Adjust cooking times as appropriate.

Last year I found the book The Rolling Stones by Robert Heinlein, and discovered the origin of Tribbles from Star Trek TOS. My gf was surprised and excited by my discovery, as she's a bigger Trekkie than I am. They are called "Flat Cats" in the Heinlein book.

New, "hard-core mode" for Tennis just dropped. Just check out how heavy the new regulation balls are. Hedgehog for scale.
