I am so so so angry about this. Trunp said the 51st state again - TODAY. And Carney folds like a cheap ass suit on the DST. Fuck that. Carney appeasing fash like a pro. So that's three taxes cut and a promise to increase the share of the national budget spent on the military to 30~%. One of the tax cuts and the military spending target being direct capitulations to Trump. Great start. What's next, we end national health care and open the Canadian market to US health insurance companies?
I have turned off a lot of US services and plan to have more turned off this week, I have been slowly cutting things as I come across them, my elbows are up it is to bad Carney has put his elbows down.
I was looking at my ISPs email stuff, for some reason? I found out they have moved to an exchange service, so a Microsoft protocol. I have sense started moving all of my emails off of there to (they are trying to stop offering email so it is nothing off their back).
Yes, end those subscriptions to US services, boycott US companies, do the work that Carney won't do.

Protonmail, Tuta, NorthMail for email. Lemmy obviously (instead of Reddit), Gander for social media. Next is google, Microsoft, azure, SharePoint. I already don’t have Amazon or Netflix. I use wirenine for webhosting and the servers are in Montreal.
I have started self hosting a lot of things, and using Canadian hosting for my passwords and domain.
Where are my protest people? Nova Scotia and Ottawa. I'll take any links or contacts you've got. I'm done with this shit. I'm out of the loop with the young family and old man shit but it's time to buck up or shut up.

Write to Carney/your MP praising them for ending trade negotiations with the US
If the resulting deal out of all this garbage isn't something decent I wonder if the Liberals last long enough for Pierre to be possibly ousted next January.
Although I suppose we could negotiate a deal then Trump could change his made 2-3 times before that as well.
