Its about how climate change will shift the climatic conditions of German cities towards the southwest, mostly towards central France.

Climate change will make Germans more like the French. "Hans, get the gewehr."

My limited knowledge of german tells me it's something about a comparative weather climate?

Although that cannot be right

Interestingly you are correct

They are mapping out how climate change will affect Geman cities, by comparing their prognostic climate data with historical data of other places.

German governments certainly don't act like this isn't the plan. It's not that they're doing nothing to reduce emissions, but they're not doing their part to prevent this (even if it's inevitable at this point given the global political climate, but at least the EU could do a lot more and Germany has considerable influence there).

There was hope in the last government but in addition to the greens the coalition also contained the liberal party FDP in control of finances and they manipulated the government from within by blocking everything good the rest of the government wanted to do. Their plan to make the greens unliked ended in their own party becoming irrelevant for the future. Also a lot of supposedly Islamic terrorism happened very frequently in the run-up to the election after the government broke apart and shifted the political climate further and further right.

Now after the election put the conservative party in power, the supposedly Islamic terrorism just stopped and nothing happened since 🤔

Couple that with Axel Springer press rags doing hard propaganda against left and green parties and you see why the greens had a hard time

Carbon warfare?

Ironic that the ECSC contributed to this.
