The article speaks of the KGB as if it is still relevant to modern geopolitics. It genuinely does not matter if Trump had a homoerotic relationship with numurous KGB assets. Its been 34 years. Envoking its name feels more like a cheap way to get clicks from boomers haven't realized the cold war ended. Trump has significantly more relevant connections to Russia than this.
If it is possible for a stateless society to exist long term then there is likely no longer a need for militaries.
The KGB was dissolved in 1991 with the rest of the Russian SFSR. I know what you are getting at but stuff like this feels ahistorical
The classic symptoms
I come from a white suburban middle class background and from what I can tell the answer is no, atleast among this demographic. The main concern is not the threat of fascism but rather how Trump's policies will affect the economy. Even here there is a certain level of denial. I hear a lot of reassurances that things will bounce back eventually. Most people simply do not get it, especially in the older generations.
