That's what I never understood in the first place, Canada is huge and has lots to see and do. Why bother going to the USA for vacation.

My friend liked to go to palm springs where its hot and deserty. You can do that in Okanagan BC, heck Metro Vancouver had areas was hitting 35C or higher some weeks.

You've got long beach in Tofino and surf spots, mountain skiing in Vancouver area.

Gorgeous parks all across Canada.

Canada is huge and has lots to see and do. Why bother going to the USA for vacation.

Historically, because the US is a shorter drive for most Canadians than it is to go to another province.

And, of course, there's that old lie that the Americans tell everyone that they are a fun exciting place to be.
