Iโ€™m advocating for the single transferable vote not first-past-the-post. The results show that with the alternative vote the big parties are much more overrepresented in the makeup of the seats in parliament meaning that they will be less likely to listen to you. We need to have the seat makeup match up with the percentage of the votes.

It is but when people are talking about ranked-choice they usually mean the instant run-runoff ranked ballots. But here they listed them as separated.

Ah apologies, I missed that. STV is good too, the Scottish use that and it results in good representation for everyone
