Yes sure, it's pointless for politicians to make that indictment when they have no intention or interest with prosecution.

It also distracts from actionable issues like civilian deaths, emergency services and healthcare infrastructure being destroyed, the lack of press, sanitation, food supplies, power and water.

OK why don't they agree on arms embargoes, and other sanctions relating to humanitarian issues....

Cause few enough politicians are calling it genocide, that Bibi can accuse the few people who do of antisemitism.

The rest are cowards.
