Comic Strips is a community for those who love comic stories.
The rules are simple:
- The post can be a single image, an image gallery, or a link to a specific comic hosted on another site (the author's website, for instance).
- The comic must be a complete story.
- If it is an external link, it must be to a specific story, not to the root of the site.
- You may post comics from others or your own.
- If you are posting a comic of your own, a maximum of one per week is allowed (I know, your comics are great, but this rule helps avoid spam).
- The comic can be in any language, but if it's not in English, OP must include an English translation in the post's 'body' field (note: you don't need to select a specific language when posting a comic).
- Politeness.
- AI-generated comics aren't allowed.
- Limit of two posts per person per day.
- Bots aren't allowed.
- Banned users will have their posts removed.
- Adult content is not allowed. This community aims to be fun for people of all ages.

I have some trauma because she rules /r/comics with an iron fistfull of mods protecting her from any criticism at all and got litigious about parody edits.
Just don't go to reddit, the only time I see her is when you weirdos post the slop here

She's usually fine and I'm not gonna say she's not funny because humor is subjective, but she had some comics that came across misandrist and no critiscm or questioning of that was allowed.

Pizzacake comics are bad, but I'm not aware of the author drawing sexualized images of children like the reddit and Lemmy user SrGrafo does.

Yeah it was pretty upsetting to see their presence here on Lemmy. SrGrafo, the user who draws sexualized images of children, is the very first user I blocked on lemmy.

I mean, I don't follow them specifically but I've seen and liked several of their comics and never seen anything like that.
