What are the red icons on some characters? Please don't tell me they are dlc

That's just new, this grafic is not official and was created by someone just watching the trailer of the direct. In treehouse we could see that one page of characters has 12 places and there were 7 pages. So the basegame should have between 73 and 84 characters. update: i kinda thinkg that sound to much, haven't see them scrolling to pages in treehouse
