It used to be nice, but then they created 4 different kind of passes, and you have to buy them everytime, that is, you don't earn in-game currency from them.

Meh, I have only watched first 5 mins and video is too biased, and not all points are correct. Even some of the correct points are arguable whether they are actually as bad as it make them sound or not. Just seems like an anti-nintendo rant, which is fine, people have the right to rant.

They should have made them taste even worse!

I heard actual levels are pretty good. What do you think?

[–] [email protected] 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Isn't it too dated now?

Also, I am curious, what's the quote?

Even that will be cheaper than buying 3 sets of JoyCon, so don't keep your hopes up.

Heh, agreed. You still have to vote, but you just end up on losing side more often than not.

Though, I can't point fingers at anyone anymore, cause this once I am one of those annyoing fan who are still going to buy it.

Nintendo filed that patent about joysticks that wouldn't get drift, like Hall Effect, but some other tech without magnets (IIRC), I was hoping we may see it in Switch 2. Seems like either it wasn't ready yet, or it was just one of the random patents companies regularly file.

I am conflicted about the $80 price tag for MKW, but Nintendo already do variable pricing, it has games for 40 and 50, and now it seems they are going to try the 80 price range too.

And as always, vote with your wallets!

I think you'll always need NSO sub if buying directly from Nintendo, but pre-order rule only seems to be because of scalpers, so that only those who can actually use it, buy it.

Wow, that's a good gacha system if you got them in so few tries. Congratulations!

Heh, sounds fun. I haven't played since my last comment. Still in start of chapter 3, exploring NLA.

Yeah, the city is really huge. I started Chapter 3 and went to explore the city, still haven't completely explored it.

With all the Switch 2 hoopla, I forgot about the weekly thread.

This was also a busy week, as predicted, so didn't get to do any gaming at all. Things should be getting back to normal though.

Plan to play Dragon Age: The Veilguard over the weekend, and then continue Xenoblade Chronicles X: Definitive Edition from Monday.

What about all of you? What have you been playing and/or plan to play?
