The fire started in the engine bay, so entirely possible it just caught fire.
Captured image from the video shows that the hood of the engine compartment had been warped. This means there had been an explosion :
Carburetor has cough too much high octane russian gasoline.
Edit. Trying to make it sound like I know English.
Thanks for taking the time to write this comment.
Please note that i also have trouble reading and writing in English. For instance, some journal titles i have to read 10 times before, maybe, i am starting to guess their meaning. So i hope my wildest guesses about the meaning of your comment was not too far from your intent π€£.
π yes, I have very poor language skills and English doesnβt be my native language. Iβm sorry for that mistake though. I try to improve my language and maybe next time I can write understandable sentences. π€£

Engine fires canβt melt steel hoods.
Hummm ...
Yet, might be warped by what i said in my previous comment ... if you read it (...?)
I was being sarcastic. Iβm saying fire can warp metal too. Not necessarily an explosion.
Thanks. The sarcasm was specially hard to guess since you first wrote "melt" instead of "warp".
It's a reference to "jet fuel can't melt steel beams", which is a quote commonly found in connection with 9/11 conspiracy theories.
I got you man, I appreciated it
I've seen engines destroy themselves and punch holes through bonnets.
Given this is a car for Putler I imagine it's reinforced so if the engine "blew up" ( not in the explosion sense just the piston came out the side if the block or something due to internal fault) then I can imagine it warping the bonnet.

Nazi clown car aka swasticar in Ruzzia?
OK, in that sad excuse of an country every car is a clown car.
Please stop with the childish names, it's embarrassing.
This guy has a Swastikkkar
You genuinely think you're doing something clever, don't you?
I think I'm annoying a fascist.
Oh, it's you again.
The smug sense of self satisfaction should have been a hint.
Didn't bother denying the obvious, huh
I'll just let you keep thinking you won this.
Won what? You just threw a tantrum in the comments for no reason.
I'm not entirely sure what, to be honest, but they think they did something, and I don't want to take that away from them.
Also, the cute little insults for Trump and Musk are pretty cringe, just call him a Nazi.
I donβt think anyone here is shy about calling Elon a Nazi.
So call him one then, don't just hint at it.
One can do both, and one does not need to say it in every single comment.

Ok, found the guy who did it, but lets not rat him out, ok?
I AM SPARTICUS!!!
Why? Do the Nazis not like the term swasticar? Oh, no! The poor Nazis! Wouldn't want to hurt their poor lil feefees by making them uncomfortable at experiencing a word! Especially one as hurtful as SWASTICAR.
